Kate’s summer training included the Indianapolis School of Ballet, two years with the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters and she will attend her third year at the Rockette Summer Intensive (her favorite!) in New York City.
Kate took lead roles in Roncalli’s most recent musicals, as Queen Constantina in Cinderella and Annie in 42nd Street. She served as a soloist and dance captain for the competition Show Choir. For her Fine Arts achievements, Kate was awarded the 2014 Orpheus Award, 2016 Singing Rebel Spirit Award and 2016 Director’s Award of Excellence.
This fall, Kate will attend Oklahoma City University on scholarship for both dance talent and academic merit. She aspires to perform professionally with a dream of one day becoming a New York City Rockette.
